Before you start
- A niche or a websiteA few words the way people search ("cold plunge", "email marketing for small business"), or your site's address, which is read first. At most 200 characters.
- Your Aha Studio accountMembers run 30 searches for programs a month, up to 25 program pages each. Without a plan the free demo runs one a day with up to 10 pages. Unlimited with your own AI key and DataForSEO login after your first 14 days.
- Search dataThe Google results and the Keyword Planner numbers come through DataForSEO. With your own DataForSEO key under Keys and connections the lookups cost your plan nothing.
Every term comes from the program's own pages, read on the day the run shows: its program page, and its terms, agreement or FAQ page or its network sign-up page when it links to one. The AI only pulls the terms out; code checks every figure against the pages read, and a figure that is not there is dropped and shows "not stated". Nothing here is an earnings promise.
PART 01
Find the programs
0 of 5 done- Open Affiliate FinderAt affiliatefinder.ahastudio.net, or press Start something new on your account page and choose Affiliate programs.
- Pick who it is for in ForMe, or one of your client profiles. The run shows under that client in Your work.
- Type the niche or a websiteIn Niche or website. With a website, its own page is read first to work out what its buyers buy.
- Pick the countrySearch market, the United States first. Google results and monthly searches are read for that country.
- Press Find the programsAll six steps are listed from the start and tick off with their times: understand the niche, find the programs, read each program page, pull out the terms, score and rank, what to build. A step that fails says why and has Retry; what was found so far is kept. Once done the steps fold away behind Show the 6 steps.
PART 02
Where the programs come from
The searchesGoogle results for "<niche> affiliate program", "<product type> affiliate program", "<niche> partner program", "best <niche> tools" and "<niche> referral program".
Program pagesA result whose address or title names one affiliate, partner or referral program is read as that program's own page.
Round-upsA "best affiliate programs" list is never used for terms. It is read only for links to the programs' own pages.
Vendor sitesA seller's site from the "best tools" search is followed to its own affiliate link, when it has one.
Terms pagesMany programs keep the commission, cookie, payout minimum and rules on a page of their own. After a program's page, up to two of its terms pages are read too: its terms, agreement, policy, FAQ or commission page, or its page on its network (PartnerStack, Impact, FirstPromoter, Rewardful, UpPromote, Tolt). A site's general terms of service, privacy or refund page is never one.
Read onEach row says the day its pages were read, with the link. Open a row to see which page each term is quoted from. Terms change: check the pages again before you sign up.
could not read this pageSome program pages turn readers away (403) or are built by JavaScript in the browser. Such a program stays in the list with the reason and its sign-up link when known; its terms are never guessed, and it is not scored or picked.
PART 03
Read the results
The section barStays at the top as you scroll: Overview, Top picks, All programs, Left out and Next, with Download CSV on the right.
OverviewThe niche as read (who it is for and what they buy), and the funnel from the program pages found to the real programs, those read with today's terms, those that state a commission, and the top picks.
All programsEach program with its network, commission, the five terms found as icons (commission, cookie, network, paid ads, rules: green when the page states it), paid ads and the score, with the read on date. Filter by Read or Couldn't read. How it scores shows the weights. An asterisk after Allowed means paid search is allowed, but not on the brand name.
not statedThe page does not state that term, or the AI gave a figure that is not on the page and it was refused. Never a guess.
refusedThe fact check lists every term it refused, with the reason (for example "it said 50%, which is not on the page"). Digits inside web addresses never count as figures, and a date counts as its day, never its time.
NetworkFound by code: a link to the network's sign-up page, or the network named on the page (Impact, PartnerStack, ShareASale, CJ, Awin and more). "Its own" when the sign-up stays on the program's site.
RestrictionsFound by code from the page's own sentences, each shown with its quote: no bidding on the brand, no paid search, no coupon or deal sites, limits on email.
The rankingRanked by a score out of 100: fit to the niche (30), then a recurring commission (20), the commission size (20; 50% or $200 counts in full), the cookie length (10; 90 days counts in full) and search demand for its review, vs and alternatives searches (20), those 70 points counted in proportion to the fit, so a program outside the niche ranks low however well it pays. A term the page does not state scores nothing.
Per programOpen a row for every term, the page quote behind each one, why it fits, the program and sign-up pages, and Send to Outreach (members).
Refused and left outWhat the fact check refused, the programs whose pages could not be read, and the pages that were not programs.
Download CSVSaves every program with its terms, scores, searches and links.
PART 04
What to build, and the hand-offs
Under Top picks and what to write, for each of the top picks: the five terms found (stated on the page, or not stated), then a best-of guide, a comparison against the next program, a review and an alternatives piece, each with its monthly searches from Keyword Planner ("no volume data" where Google has none). The monthly searches are a member feature: the free demo ranks without them and shows no search figures.
Write it in SEO MagnetsEach piece is a link, and the blue button opens the best-of piece. Opens SEO Magnets with the search and an angle filled in. The angle says to disclose the affiliate link and makes no earnings claims.
Build a site with Site SniperOpens Site Sniper with "best <category>" as an affiliate site.
Open in Ad CampaignsOnly when the terms allow paid search. When the page forbids bidding on the brand, the campaign leaves the brand out and adds it as a negative. A page that says nothing about paid search gets no ad campaign: ask the program first.
PlaybooksAffiliate Finder is the first step of the Affiliate Site playbook (its top buying search seeds the keyword research), and the optional Monetise it step in New Site and Content Authority.
